Notice Regarding Impounded Vehicles

If you have received a Ten Day Notice, it means there is a vehicle in our lot that is still registered to you, or you are listed as the lienholder of the vehicle.

• No Longer Own the Vehicle? If you no longer own the vehicle and the ownership was not fully transferred, you may disregard this notice. No further action is required.

• Still Own the Vehicle? If you are the vehicle owner and hold the title, you have two options:

  1. Pay the required fees to retrieve your vehicle.

  2. Sign over the title to waive some or all accumulated fees.

To Retrieve Your Vehicle

Please bring the following items:

• Valid identification

• Registration or proof of ownership

• Insurance documents for the specific vehicle

• Payment in cash only to cover the fees
